The Tender app shows "device offline" but it is paired

  1. Make sure the device is on and shows the wifi icon in the top right. If there is no icon in the top right, you may need to connect to wifi again. If the icon in the top right is a star or wheel symbol, you may need to follow the steps in "cannot connect to cloud server."
  2. Try signing in on from a browser, going to "My Devices", making sure the device is selected, and going to "Now Cooking." If this is able to connect to your device, you may need to restart your mobile app or make sure the latest version is installed.
  3. If your device shows a wifi icon in the top right and you are not able to connect from the web, you may need to re-pair your device.
