Warranty Details

1st Generation - Nomiku Classic

As all Nomiku Classic units are now outside of warranty and we are no longer manufacturing this model, we are not able to repair or replace any broken or non-working devices.

If you do have a problem with your Nomiku, please let us know, and we will do our best to troubleshoot the situation.

If the device cannot be fixed by troubleshooting the situation, we can offer you our latest 3rd Generation Nomiku RFID/WiFi for $49 (Normally $249 in stores) when you purchase a small bundle of our no prep, 30 minute Nomiku Meals here.

Return Policy:

Return Nomiku in original packaging to address below inside of 30 days of purchase date for full refund (No questions asked). Refund will not include any shipping charges of original shipment.

Note: Nomiku cannot process returns/refunds for Nomiku WiFi’s purchased through other sellers (Amazon, Williams-Sonoma, etc.)

Warranty:

Inside 1 Year of Purchase Date:

If you have a problem with your Nomiku WiFi inside of one year of purchase date, we are more than happy to repair your Nomiku for you at no cost.

To submit a Warranty claim, please contact us at help@nomiku.com, and provide a detailed description of the issue your Nomiku is experiencing.

We will then provide you with a link to our Warranty Repair Form. Once this is filled out, we will email you a pre-paid return label, which can be used to send the Nomiku back to us for repair.

Once repaired, the Nomiku will be shipped back to you, and we will provide you with our findings through email.

The repaired Nomiku with have a warranty of either the rest of the 1 year warranty period or 3 months - whichever is longer.

Outside 1 Year of Purchase Date:

A repaired Nomiku will have a 3 month warranty from when you receive it.

Due to health reasons, Nomiku Meals cannot be sent back for a refund once they leave Nomiku HQ. If you have a problem with any dishes, please contact us at help@nomiku.com with further details.

If you have a problem with your Nomiku RFID/WiFi outside of one year of purchase date, we can repair your Nomiku WiFi for a $99 refurbishment fee. You are also responsible for all costs to ship Nomiku back to Nomiku HQ for repairs.

If you would like us to repair your Nomiku, please contact us at help@nomiku.com, and provide a detailed description of the issue your Nomiku is experiencing.

We will then provide you with next steps, including a repair form that will need to be printed out, filled out, and included in the box with the Nomiku. Once repaired, the Nomiku will be shipped back to you, and we will provide you with our findings through email.

The repaired Nomiku will have a 3 month warranty from when you receive it. Purchasing any model of Nomiku from a non-authorized seller will void all warranties.
